Mini 107 - Trial

You're all gathered in the Court room on the far right of the prison. It was supposed to be an announcement of your next trials at Milgram, but you all know there's a more pressing matter at hand. Jackalope's serious expression tells you he's one to keep up formalities though. For now, you look up at the large monitor that had previously played your songs as it turns on again.

After the judgments are publicly displayed, the nine of you notice that Es has been missing for the whole announcement. With no one to interpret Jackalope's nose twitches, Kotoko steps forward and takes charge in the Warden's stead.


Unfortunate Circumstances:

"Prisoner 006 is dead! All of you, find out who killed him, and I'll bring them to justice by my own hand. If you can't manage that, then I'll have no choice but to judge all of you as guilty, and you'll face capital punishment!"

A shared shock is spread among your faces. Prisoner 006... was Nagisa. Kotoko has a wicked glare as she swings her baton, it doesn't look like she's in a forgiving mood. Though it seems she's more eager to deal the punishment rather than burdened by it. Nagisa was a dear friend to all of you, for however many minutes you may have been acquainted, so obviously you're all determined to bring this killer of killers to justice. It's what Nagisa would have wanted.

Truth Bullets:

Nagisa's Body - Nagisa is lying face-up next to the Dining Hall table. There are bruise marks across his body, as well as two gunshot wounds in his left shoulder and in the middle of his head.

Dining Hall (updated) - The table has ten chairs around it. There is a gun underneath the table, and there is a length of wire on the chair closest to Nagisa. In the wall is a hole with a shorter length of wire sticking out of it. The wire is likely electrical.

Storage Room (updated) - "Baton, speaker, microphone, gun, bat, gun, stun gun" is listed on the Storage Room's delivery board. Guns come with one bullet. The list of items is in the order they were taken.

Common Room - The drawings of legal-battling horses on the walls now have carefully-cut wings and blood-red dresses. There is a large speaker in the center of the room, and a microphone next to it with its cord snipped.

Shower Room (updated) - There is a hole in the wall of one shower stall with a gun propped against it. A length of wire comes out of the hole wrapped around the trigger. In the other stall, a collection of wiry tendrils clogs the drain. The wire is likely electrical.

Es' Room - Es is in their bed and in critical condition, with repeated blunt wounds to the head. There is a blood-stained book at the foot of the bed. Jackalope has set up an surgery station and will operate during the trial.

Injured Prisoners - Accelerator, Ted, Boyfriend, and Jeremy are roughed up and in considerable pain.

Additional Rules of Milgram - The Panopticon is locked immediately after the prisoners have received their verdicts. Only one prisoner may occupy the Shower Room at a time.

Blood in the Prison - There are pools of blood in the Court, Dining Hall, Storage Room, Main Hallway, Es’ Room, and Moa's Cell.

"What? I'm going to kill you guys next? Of course not!"

"So he admits it? No, that's not what I meant! I didn't kill anyone to begin with!"



"Next game? Chat- Do you see where I am? I'm in Milgram! Yeah, let me load up Yakuza!"

The madman continues to ramble to himself.

Baby Bear (Prisoner 10) is locked up for tax evasion and discrimination against blonde women.

"Mama Bear... Are you here...?"

Moa looks properly horrified, but takes this as logically as she can.

"Considering the two wounds, the two guns with one bullet, and the locations of the guns, I think it's reasonable to think that we either have two people who attempted to kill Nagisa or they failed the first shot and went to get a second gun and shoot him again."

"Two questions then. Do we see any blood trail, especially leading out of the shower room? And does the list's order of items taken out of the storage room indicate the order they were taken in?"

"Also," she holds up a broken stun gun. "I took the stun gun."

[Sachi]

"Hm. That'd take a while, 'less they shot him in the Storage Room to begin with, but that clearly ain't how it happened. What's the deal with so many of y'all bein' beat up? Accel, Bundy, Boyfriend, Lil Jerma, Nagisa - Kuma!, even the warden. What is it y'all were fightin' over?"

[Vaellin the Bard]

"Also, important to note considering the guns from the storage, it's clear the culprit is either Gun Rack, Yuna, Kotoko, or... well myself."

"But I didn't do it! And I'll prove it by figuring out who did!"

[Nekomaru]

"Come on, it's obviously Gun Rack. His name literally has Gun in it. We should just vote now."

Kotoko interrupts the rapid-fire interrogating to answer Moa’s questions.

”There’s no blood in the Shower Room, but there are a few pools in other places. This includes the Court we’re currently in, as well as the Dining Hall, Storage Room, Main Hallway, Es’ Room, and your own cell, Moa.”

“As far as I can tell, the Storage Room list is in the order the items were taken.”

"Ok, so assuming the murderer shot Nagisa twice, and it's not two separate people, then the culprit missed his first shot most likely and went back. Also, it seems like the first shot didn't happen in the shower room but rather that's where the weapon was discarded. That being said, most likely the culprit will have visited the storage room twice, the shower room once, and the dining hall. Assuming the first shot wasn't by our murderer, that is."
